Official Air Temperature Readings Skewed to the High Side by Placement of Stations Not in Accordance With Guidelines

Reportedly about 95% of the 8,000 temperature monitoring stations in the U. S. used by the NOAA are not according to the guidelines to have them on open flat land not within 300 feet of heat-conducting concrete buildings and roads, 95% of them, very telling indeed.
