John Kerry Says If U. S. & Europe Achieve Net Zero Carbon Emissions World Total Still Increases by China Russia & India

In a spasm of lucidity, John Kerry famously declared that without China, Russia, and India onboard to reduce carbon emissions, it’s a waste of time, so why don’t the dedicated greenies in the West move (by sailboat or by foot) to those nations to try “to effect climate change mitigation?”
