Today CNN reported the rolling blackouts in Texas predicted if people don’t sacrifice some of their electricity usage because of record demand in the summer heat, yet not reported that the windmills in Texas are running at 10% capacity as the wind is not blowing much at all, so how many other windmill-dependent states haven’t tackled the no-wind problem, and should Texas build 10x more windmills to solve the problem, which would be at least 15x more than needed most days of the year?
