It would’ve been much worse for the leftists had the Supreme Court in its overturn of Roe v. Wade declared abortions illegal without due process (in court), illegal (without due process) because the 14h Amendment says life, liberty, nor property shall be taken away without due process, and that there be equal protection under the law (after all unborn babies are humans too quite apparent to everyone).
