Pro Aborts Want Their Voices Heard Now Where Better Than in State Legislatures by Representatives Whom They Elect?

If Roe v. Wade had not become the law of the land back in 1973, wouldn’t the pro-abort people have been glad that they could still legislate for abortion at the Congressional and/or state level?
