Democrats Haven’t Nominated Governor for President Since Bill Clinton as They’re Failures as Executives Ruining States

It’s a good bet that the Democrat Party will end-up with a U. S. senator as their nominee for president in 2024 because the governors have so messed-up their respective states that they would have no chance in a national race. Ex governor Jimmy Carter was a disaster as president, and Massachusetts governor Dukakis in 1988 was routed by George H. W. Bush, then the last Democrat governor to have become president Bill Clinton won only because Ross Perot siphoned off so many conservative votes.
