Today on Morning Joe, Scarborough absentmindedly mentioned that many ballots counted in the 2020 presidential election had votes cast for only Sleepy Joe, no votes cast for the down-ballot candidates, his reasoning that those who checked the box in only the presidential race (for Sleepy Joe) had no interest in the down-ballot races, while the truth evidently is that those ballots were manufactured to backfill the space made by cyber tabulators, in a rush while the counting was stopped in the middle of the night.
