Had vice president Mike Pence sent the contested Electoral College votes back to the states, he wouldn’t have been “overturning the election,” because if the election was not rigged, it would have been proven through the deliberations by the states looking at the evidence of election fraud, to see whether or not it was sufficient to have caused Biden to win.
