All of those protesters in front of Bret Kavanaugh’s house broke the law that such demonstrations in front of a Supreme Court Justice’s house is forbidden, so the new law now passed by Congress and awaiting Biden’s signature is just a smokescreen hiding the fact that the law already on the books provides that severity prevent and arrest those doing the protesting there.
