In the summer of 2020, Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer said that the conservative justices on the Supreme Court would reap the whirlwind should they rule the wrong way, that they “won’t know what hit them,” so almost predictably a guy with a gun, knife, pepper spray, and break-in gear was picked up near justice Kavanaugh’s home, the culprit who fortunately had called the police to turn himself in.
