Geoengineering Chemtrails Supposedly Purposed to Blunt Solar Radiation in Process Though Hydrologic Cycle Impeded

Those crisscrossing patterns in the sky most have seen from time to time are chemtrails (containing aluminum, barium, and strontium, see the videos by Dane Wigington) which converge causing a haze in the sky to block solar radiation as a means mitigate “global warming,” yet in “managing” solar radiation, the hydrologic cycle is altered that less clouds are forming by evaporation off the ocean, less rainfall, the intended or unintended consequence and what damage to the biosphere by those chemicals?
