That nearly all of the “dinosaur” fossils are relatively high-up -in the geologic column does not indicate “evolution” relatively late in earth history (according the the uniformitarians’ timeline) rather that the most of the dinosaurs were able to evade the encroaching water during Noah’s Flood until they could no more, then the even more mobile mammals able to evade still further until finally engulfed in water and mud, and marine creatures entombed with both the dinosaurs and the mammals.
