Pistol-Carrying Woman in Charleston West Virginia Shoots Dead the AR-15 Toting Shooter Attacking Graduation Party Goers

Multiple felon Dennis Butler apparently become angry when he was told to slow down on the street in Charleston, West Virginia where a graduation/birthday party was being held at an apartment complex, so Butler returned to the scene with an AR-15 and began shooting, but an unidentified woman with a concealed carry permit, a bystander, shot him dead, before he had killed any of the party goers.
