The deck is stacked against David Perdue in the Republican primary election for governor on Tuesday because you don’t have to be a registered Republican to vote, yet considering that some pre-election polling shows Kemp up by an absurd degree (2 to 1), it’s a good bet that many if not most being polled about that race are not Republicans, but how many of those non-Republicans polled will actually vote?
