If pro choice senators Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski felt that the spirit of the U. S. Constitution would be violated should Roe v. Wade be overturned, they would be signaling support for legislation to legalize abortion-on-demand, so since they’re not, it’s their logical admission that Roe v. Wade is not constitutional, claiming a “right” which is nowhere in the U. S. Constitution, thus the issue to be left to each of the states to decide per the 10th Amendment (after Roe v. Wade would be overturned).
