Mitch McConnell could have said that Congressional legislation restricting abortion (should Roe v. Wade be overturned) is extremely unlikely because Republicans would be fools to face that whirlwind when instead each state deciding the degrees of restrictions is more democratic and culturally attuned, but instead McConnell said such legislation is possible, so whose side is he on anyway?
