Interpolated Rights Said in Constitution Violate Cultural Norms Causing Mighty Societal Divides so Democratic Solution

The supposed right for homosexuals to become married in the eyes of the law and society is not in the U. S. Constitution, nor is the supposed right to abort one’s child in the womb, both which had been (and are) in violation of cultural norms for two hundred years, only recently deemed “constitutional” by fiat of the Supreme Court, thus clearly the people (in each state) should decide the abortion issue (the degrees of restrictions), it’s the democratic way and in accordance to the 10th Amendment.
