If Supreme Court Draft Leaker is Caught Would He or She Rat-Out a Justice Had He or She Broached Subject in Conversation?

While it’s nearly certain that the Supreme Court leaker if caught would not blame a Supreme Court justice for the idea if that justice had not broached the subject, had that justice actually broached the subject, the caught leaker certainly may rat-out the justice to reduce the punishment (of the leaker).
