Why is Biden Administration Refusing to Denounce Leak of SCOTUS Draft Why Not Saying It’s Gross Violation of Norms?

Remember when daily the leftists during Trump’s first term constantly saying that “he’s violating norms,” so what about the leak of the Supreme Court draft to overturn Roe v. Wade, why do you suppose the Biden administration doesn’t say the leak certainly violates the norms of our Republic?
