What if the Supreme Court decides to rule against overturning Roe v. Wade, how would the pro-life people respond? Wouldn’t it motivate the Republicans all the more to vote for perhaps a law passed in Congress and signed by the new president in 2025 establishing a maximum national second trimester limitation on abortions, with exceptions for rape and incest, more restrictions at each state’s discretion?
