Everything Not Enumerated in U. S. Constitution is Left to the States to Decide According to 10th Amendment

The purpose of the 10th Amendment is to make very clear that everything not enumerated in the U. S. Constitution (including abortion) shall be decided by each state, and isn’t that fair?
