What’s the Status of the Bio-Labs in Ukraine Which Victoria Nuland Said She Fears Will Be Used by Russian Army?

We’ve not heard a peep since State Department undersecretary Victoria Nuland testified in Congress a few weeks ago that there are multiple bio-labs in Ukraine, the contents of which she fears Putin’s army will use, so did those bio-labs magically disappear or do the Russians control them?
