Flagship of Russian Black Sea Fleet the Moscow Hit by Ukrainian Missiles Sinks Ending Threat to Port of Odessa?

After two Ukrainian Neptune missiles hit the flagship of the Russian Black Sea fleet today (Thursday), the ship Moskva (Moscow), it subsequently sank to the bottom while being towed to port in Sevastopol (Crimea), and resultantly the other Russian ships in the area having threatened Odessa sailed eastward, perhaps ending Putin’s capability to control the entire Ukrainian Black Sea coast all the way to Odessa.
