If Ukraine had Harpoon Missiles, much of the Russian fleet in the Black Sea threatening Odessa could be destroyed, yet none of those missiles have been made available, so is that a redline Putin has drawn or are the logistics just too difficult even though the missiles could be shipped to Odessa from Moldova?
