No judge nor any aspiring clerk for any court in the land should be in opposition to the free exchange of ideas, free speech, duly noted by famed D. C. Federal Appeals Court judge Laurence Silberman who says those crazed Yale law students who disrupted a panel discussion (including the conservative of their ire) should not be hired as clerks upon graduation to any federal court.
