When the Biden administration a few weeks before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine told U. S. government employees and other Americans there to get out, Zelenskyy certainly knew the invasion would happen, yet knowing the Ukrainian people would fight the Russians, he set to resist the Russians by pretending the Russians were bluffing while preparing for the invasion the best he could without much help from Biden who appears to have all but invited the Russians into Ukraine and hoped Putin would quickly win.
