The lawsuit in Georgia and the new one in the news against Trump are predicated on the supposition that Trump really didn’t (doesn’t) think the 2020 election was rigged, that thereby he committed fraud, a self-defeating predication though in that Trump’s lawyers would present all of the evidence that indeed the election was rigged, mountains of evidence which the Supreme Court refused to review and the establishment media blacked-out in their quest to complete the election rigging.
