Promise Putin Release of All Sanctions If He Leaves Ukraine His Off-Ramp to Save Russian Economy Now Plummeting

To stop the rapid plunge of Russia’s economy caused by Putin’s war in Ukraine, that plunge which is surely causing much of Putin’s distress, the West should promise Putin that the sanctions will be taken off Russia if he removes his army from Ukraine, that which would be very popular in Russia, to save their economy and to let the Ukrainians and Russians live in peace.
