Disappointed Vlad Putin had planned on Ukraine capitulating after a few days of attack, terrorized into surrender, thus apparently he planned armaments for such a short siege, so now he’s running low, and reportedly the Russian’s Tula and Rotenberg weapons plants can’t keep up the manufacture of enough rockets, only rifles and ammo the most they can do. Yesterday the Ukrainians destroyed Russian aircraft on the ground in Millerovo, Rostov Oblast, Russia, very bad news for Putin.
