Assuming Everybody Agrees Paper Ballots More Trustworthy Than Cyber Why Not Adopt the Old School Way?

Unless for some oddball reason lots of Americans think cyber balloting is more trustworthy than good old-fashioned paper balloting, shouldn’t all elections be by paper balloting only?
