Delphi Named for She-Dragon Delphyne Previously Pytho Greek Land of Pythia the Omphalos the Umbilical of Mother Gaia

On the southwestern slope of Mount Parnassus near the Gulf of Corinth (about 70 miles west of Athens) is ancient Delphi, which before Classical Greek days was known as Pytho, like the Latin word puteus for well, pit, or shaft, the Omphalos the umbilical cord of Gaia mother earth there at Pytho, like a tube the snake python of the same Classical Greek conception of nature and “the gods.”
