If vice president Biden in 2017 had withheld the counting of the Electoral College votes indicating Trump won then sent them back to the states to check for election fraud, Biden and the Democrats would’ve been much derided, but in the case of 2021 when vice-president Mike Pence was tasked to send the Electoral College votes back to the states to consider again, probably 200,000,000 Americans would have agreed twas suspicious by what they’d witnessed on TV and learned from other sources.
