Democrats Admit Pence Had Right to Send Electoral Votes Back to States to Consider in Trying to Pass Legislation to Prevent It!

Trump rightly points-out in his Gab post this morning that the Democrats trying to pass legislation to prevent a Vice President from sending questionable Electoral College balloting back to states proves that it would have been legal for Pence to have done that (otherwise the Democrats would not be trying to pass legislation to make it illegal), and that had Pence sent the Electoral College balloting back to the states to reconsider, for Biden to have won anyway perhaps, and Pelosi taken Trump’s advise to beef-up the Capitol security for Jan. 6th, the invasion wouldn’t have happened.
