Biden’s Supreme Court Justice Appointee by Affirmative Action Would Have to Rule on That Policy in Upcoming Decisions

While it’s logical to assume that a leftist Supreme Court justice would rule in favor of affirmative action, that one would be appointed and confirmed by affirmative action to then rule on the matter is certainly not the best scenario for unbiased Supreme Court rulings!
