Whom are said to have preceded the Elamites’ building of the Sialk ziggurat (near Isfahan), the Kasians, were Kushites who learned the “stairway to heaven” design at the Tower of Babel, as did Elamites who joined them along the Zayandeh river east of the Zagros mountains during the Ice Age.
