If Russian Field Hospitals Not Being Set-Up at Ukraine Border Then Wouldn’t That Be Sign the Purported Invasion is Bluff?

Today on MSNBC, host(ess) Alex Witt asked military analyst James Stavridis whether or not it would be telling should the Russian military at the Ukraine border not be building field hospitals to tend to their wounded during the supposedly impending invasion, to which Stavridis replied that he doesn’t know of any Russian field hospitals being built (at least on a scale to handle the wounded from an invasion).
