Insurance Companies Caught in Pinch Whether to Payout Life Policies on Injection Deaths or Prove Too Risky

If the other life insurance companies in addition to OneAmerica Insurance are receiving claims from families on deaths of loved ones of prime age at a rate about 40% above the previous years, will the insurance companies payout, taking huge losses, or will the insurance companies prove in court that everybody knew the mRNA injections are extremely risky thereby taking them a gamble not insured?
