Wouldn’t Judges Even Supreme Court Rule That Stonewalling Against Transparency in 2020 Election Evidence of Fraudulence?

When public officials are accused of election fraud and then those officials refuse to handover the data, isn’t that evidence of guilt, especially considering integrity is supposedly the goal?
