Dr. Charles Hoffe of British Columbia in his family practice injected about 900 of his clients with the Moderna mRNA “vaccine” and then decided to do D-Dimer testing on them, among whom 62% showed alarmingly high amounts of vascular micro blood clotting (the spike proteins cause tiny bumps on the epithelium around which clotting occurs for instance in the capillaries in organs), so could D-Dimer testing be the proof that the mRNA injections are doing much damage such that doctors should have known and told their patients in allowing those patients informed consent?
