A Law Passed by Congress to Mandate mRNA Injections Would Be Ruled Unconstitutional Because States Police

Should the Supreme Court strike down Biden’s OSHA injection mandate then though it would pass as law in Congress (and signed by Sleepy Joe), the Supreme Court would surely strike it down too because policing (compliance) would be the role of each state or municipality not of federal law enforcement.
