Dominion Voting Systems is suing Fox News for commentary by a few on-air personalities and guests that the 2020 election may have been rigged, so considering that Fox News’ official position is that the election was not rigged, to demand discovery of all of Dominion’s records, hardware and software, used in 2020 could prove that the election was rigged. In other words, Fox News in a pickle must lose the case and $1.6 billion in order to continue their election fraud denial.
