Tonight (Tuesday) on Hannity’s show, legal expert Alan Dershowitz said that the defense team of Kyle Rittenhouse should have objected to the prosecution’s assertion that he’s guilty because he shouldn’t have been there, for in not having objected, one of the grounds for appeal is eliminated.
