Need Website of Hospitals Not Mandating mRNA Injections Where Surely More & Experienced Personnel Will Be Working

Shouldn’t we expect the hospitals not requiring employees to be “vaccinated” to have an ample supply of experienced doctors and nurses whereas those requiring the “vaccination” will be short-handed? So a website listing the hospitals not requiring the “vaccination” would certainly be helpful.
