Isn’t De Blasio Telling the World That the mRNA Shot is Bioweapon by Requiring Police Take Just One Instead of Three?

Mayor De Blasio is telling the mRNA-holdout NYC cops that they must take one shot in order to keep their jobs, yet the third shot is now being deemed necessary for protection from the wuhan, so doesn’t this prove that the shots are bioweapons, otherwise, that the three shots would be required?
