Is There No Sea-Level-Rise Insurance Because Rising so Fast or That It’s Not Rising at All Why is This Never Discussed?

If the green-heads are right that the sea level is rising then why is there no sea-level-rise insurance? The reason that there is no insurance against the sea level rising is that the sea level is not rising, or are the insurance companies not touching it because the sea level is rising so fast?
