Some of the sedimentary rock layers are continental in extent, others less extensive but grading into each other also reflecting deposition in water (with trillions of creatures entombed therein), indicative of the global flood noted in hundreds of ancient legends, almost all the geologic rock column (above the basement rock) deposited during Noah’s Flood (excepting some deposition at the top during the Ice Age which followed Noah’s Flood). That the continents would have been leveled to sea level within about fifteen million years (at the current erosion rate) proves that the deposition for the sedimentary rock layers occurred far less than fifteen million ago further indicates the reality of Noah’s Flood about four thousand four hundred years ago (see Page titled Natural Selection by Noah’s Flood).
