David Axelrod Says Rural Voters are Low Class & Low Income Compared to High Class & High Income Urban Voters

Yesterday on CNN, political analyst David Axelrod said the Republicans are looking good for the 2022 elections because most Democrats are urban dwellers while Republicans are everywhere, particularly in rural areas, that the difference is income and class, so which do you suppose he sees low class?
