Should We Expect Haitian & Afghani Leaf-Blowers on Our Streets to Replace the Latinos Dominating That Trade?

Will those Afghanis and Haitians now pouring into the U. S. be given preferential treatment in hiring for leaf-blowing positions over the immigrant Latinos? Afghanis in turbans and Haitians all glad to be gone from their countries would certainly bring a new look to the neighborhood!
