Ham or Cham (a son of Noah) during the Ice Age was well known in western Europe, whose name for which hamlets are known, and well known in India where today is the Gulf of Cambay (in which are the ruins of a huge Ice Age city along the now extinct Sarasvati river), that name embraced by Japhethites (Indo Europeans) who in western Europe combined it with the word stad meaning place, as in the word homestead, the word Pakistan the elephant (pachyderm) land.
