Ivermectin Used Very Effectively Against Wuhan in Japan & India so Why U. S. Medical Doctors Not Talking About This?

Do Anthony Fauci, Vivek Murthy, Sanjay Gupta, Rochelle Wallensky, Kavita Patel, and Peter Hotez know that Ivermectin is being widely prescribed to wuhan infected patients in Japan and India to great effect? Of course assuming they know, why do they continue saying Ivermectin doesn’t work?
